Julius Doyle has a Doctorate in Biocultural Anthropology from the University of Washington, with emphasis in African American Studies, Anti-Racism, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Upon completion of his PhD, Dr. Doyle took on post-doctoral research at SUNY Binghamton in the Medical Anthropology Department where he received DEI training, and contributed to the diversification of the program. Later, he became an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at St. John's University before pivoting to pursue principle Anti-Racism consultation in organizational and corporate environments. Dr. Doyle uses quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to conduct full-service workplace audits and help organizations transform themselves into actively anti-racist institutions.
